Wigs: 1 wig, styled as shown, with adjustable strap and inner combs where listed. Bundles: 1 bundle per unit, at the length you pick. Most installs use 3–4 bundles, plus a closure if you want a finished part.

Everything ships sealed from our partner warehouse. Keep the seal on until you're sure it's your match.
Lace & cap details

Lace size (4x4, 5x5, 13x4) and part options are listed in each product's options.

Cap size and density are in the product specs. If you're between sizes, email us before you order.

Tint and pluck to match your skin and hairline. Patch test glues and sprays first.
Hair care

Detangle gently from the ends up with a wide-tooth comb.

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and air dry when you can.

Use heat protectant before you hot tool. Wrap it at night under a satin bonnet.

Store wigs on a stand or in a breathable bag.
Shipping & returns

Shipping: free on US orders of $70+, $8 on orders under $70. Processing takes 3–5 business days, then US delivery takes 7–15 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Returns: ask within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original package, with seals intact. Opened items are final sale.
